Daylight Time Tools

These days many of the charts you may be doing are of people born after 1965 or events after 1965. In 1966 the United States passed the Uniform Time Act. This set a national standard for the change of daylight saving time (DST) in the country. The only states that do not follow these rules are Arizona and Hawaii. Be wary of Indiana locations too as they only 100% joined the standard in 2005. These rules change and are probably subject to change again. Note that in 1996 Mexico adopted the same rules for their three time zones.
